Yes. All Zales purchases can be returned free of charge within 30 days of the purchase date and exchanged 60 days from the purchase date. The returned or exchanged items must be unworn and in good condition. Custom designs, special order watches, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
To start a return, enter your order number and billing ZIP code on the returns page. Once you’ve indicated which items you’re returning, include the packaging slip in the return package. Just use the free preprinted return label and ship your package. Once Zales has received your items, it will process your refund approximately five business days from the date of the return.
